Default Mountain Biking

Dan (DCP), Andi (rainbow) and i are kicking off our mountain biking season tomorrow. This is only my second year so i still consider myself a noob but with the terrain we have (all rock gardens) i think i'm doing pretty good. i'll try and get some pics tomorrow.

this is my current whip. Ironhorse Warrior 3.0 (all stock)

anyone else ride?

I also ride too. I'm rocking a Specialized Hardcore bike. There's a nice challenge park nearby that I got that has some jumps and narrow "rails" if you would call them that to rock out on.

Haven't done it before but my season pass is still good through the summer for mountain biking so I'm really considering getting into it....

Looks a lil gnarly? My mountain bike is made by kawasaki and I don't think its all that legit...but I'd be down to try

tbh ive grown out of mtn biking .. i used to love getting filthy with mud or dust and putting in a good day on the trail.. but ive grown lazy frankly and now ride road bikes because i can go right out the door and not spend time traveling in the car or worry about getting my car so filthy when im done. I do understand your love though so ill just ceremonially pass the torch to you lol /pass

I started riding last year. I have a Specialized Rockhopper. The place I ride in York PA is very rocky. I guess they didn't call it Rocky Ridge park for nothing. I've been loving it so far even after a few tough falls and my third from rim.

The riding in York is alright. This year they had to cut down a good portion of the trees in the area do to a gypsy moth problem. It really changed things. It's going to take a long time to grow anything back as well. But it's only half an hour from my place and usually a good two hours of riding so I can't complain.

aww, you shoulda gone with the rockhopper. ironhorse used to be a good bike company, but then they got bought out and its just generic bikes with the name slapped on now. You probably picked it up for $200-$300 right? (i was looking at it until i learned they went downhill)
