Weight training

Considering I lift weights on my lunch break, I stay committed to it and it is more of a concern to me in the off season. I lift weights 5 days a week.

Anyone else consistent with it?

I just started lifting every other day and drinking protein shakes. Im 15 and want to come back next season better than when I left.

:cheeky4:Pump that Iron:cheeky4:

I've been pretty steady with it for the last 8 years. About 5 days a week. I got started in football and it seemed like a big waste to let all that strength just melt away after I was done.

40hrs a week? Now that's a piss poor excuse!:cheeky4:
I get up and go to the gym at 4:30 every Tuesday and Thrsday to lift, then I go about 3 or for other times intemingling some swimming and rowing with my lifting. I got into it when I played football in high school as well.

Im about to go on the chicken breast, tuna, green bean, apple, banana, orange, v8 fusion diet... all protein and fruits. and lifting alot, and not in regiments... switch it up, p90x style

Music Moves 06-22-2009 06:25 PM

I just switched up my routine to more exercises and less sets of each... gonna see how that works for me... I'm also about to move into more conditioning workouts. I already do a lot of cardio, but I want to do stuff like sprints to up & downs, to sprints to crunches, etc...
