Considering I lift weights on my lunch break, I stay committed to it and it is more of a concern to me in the off season. I lift weights 5 days a week.
Anyone else consistent with it? |

Pump that Iron![]() I've been pretty steady with it for the last 8 years. About 5 days a week. I got started in football and it seemed like a big waste to let all that strength just melt away after I was done. |

40hrs a week? Now that's a piss poor excuse!
![]() I get up and go to the gym at 4:30 every Tuesday and Thrsday to lift, then I go about 3 or for other times intemingling some swimming and rowing with my lifting. I got into it when I played football in high school as well.

I just switched up my routine to more exercises and less sets of each... gonna see how that works for me... I'm also about to move into more conditioning workouts. I already do a lot of cardio, but I want to do stuff like sprints to up & downs, to sprints to crunches, etc...
