If you're jumping, you definitely do not want clip-ins. For one, how are you gonna do sweet nacs, and can-cans, and one-footers, or no-footers, or.....I think you get it. Also, the ability to throw the bike away mid-air, when you know trying to land it is bad news, is crucial. Not being able to bail is asking for trouble.
