I'm in my off season at the moment and can fully feel my skill level fading. I go to the gym for the typical strength training and all of that stuff, but figured it would so much better if I could do some exercises to build up my coordination and balance. The only problem is that I can't think of much apart from maybe jumping on and off of a swiss ball or one legged squats or something.
Does anyone have any exercises or a program preferably for this kind of thing? It'd be awesome to start next season with that extra edge.

Work on that core! As mentioned work up to doing your whole workout on a balance board. You know you have a balanced core if you can balance with your eyes closed. While it seems easy a huge portion of your balance is learned from sight. It is actually amazing how quickly 99% of the population stumbles and sways as soon as they close their eyes. My favorite core builder is planks. Squats and lunges help work your legs too. For my winter conditioning I like to focus a lot on biking when I have time. A lot of people think it's queer to do yoga but I'll be the one laughing when the can't balance for shit on even a box. Just look up core workouts and yoga exercises online. There are a lot of step by step even on YouTube.
