uh oh a virus 2

Because I broke my hand right before the season started, I couldn't play lax this year T_T Well I have never played before and it seems like a lot of fun, but coming into lax my first year ever and it will be my Sophomore year in high school is a bit sketchy... anyway I was just wondering what is good defense gear? My friends said that the Warrior Kryptolyte 9 is a good shaft, but now I am stuck on my head. What should I look for in a D head? I think I am supposed to use soft mesh, but other than that I have no idea. What defines a D head and what technology do I want in a D head? I am also not trying to spend huge, nothing over $80 please! But yea so if you have any tips for buying Defense lax heads that would be awesome!
