they honestly pump it up to be a lot cooler than it probably will be, but i had to quote that, as i know two of the bands they listed as "hottest new superstars hitting the American music scene"...SOJA & Rude Buddha.

SOJA (soldiers of jah army) are a bunch of white kids from arlington, va who play reggae. they do worldwide tours & have gotten a huge fan base that actually chant "SOJA, SOJA, SOJA" at their shows. they've played with many of the great reggae artists & have gained much respect.

Rude Buddha, also from this area, is kind of a punk band, i guess? gaining more & more recognition & i really hope they make it. very much into their music, their shows are fun & energetic, and the music is cool.

so yeah, check 'em out if you ever see them playing near you...

don't stress, we'll make your excuses for you. we are your alibi! just run!

but if not.... then have a good time buddy! best of luck etc...... (sucker)

Ugh....morning! I just got up and got the first cup! It feels really cool to be getting up early and donning snowboarding gear and loading the board in the truck. Headied out the door to go to Meadows in about a half hour after a good hearty breakfast!

We did`nt get the whole foot, but there is about 10 inches at the lodge and more up top. Definitely rock board conditions, but hey it`s only the 4th of October and there is pow!

Scott you keep showing pics. Well if I can motivate early morning I will get turns this weekend. Big if, but just in case you don't believe me. Here are some pics taken yesterday at one of my spots in Colorado.

It's on like donkeykong!
