Default Holiday meals

Xmas eve:

Tortiere, which is basically meat pie. Ground beef, spicy sausage, bacon, some gravy. "Cooked fat-ass", as my wife calls it.

Xmas morning:

Eggs cooked in a half-inch of bacon fat, Irish bacon, black sausage (I passed on that one), breakfast sausage, way too much coffee.

I can't move...

12/24 lunch 1: turtle sauce picaunt with fried fish (Cajun red gravy over rice, amazing!)
12/24 lunch 2: tortilla soup with Avacado
12/24 supper: crab and corn bisque, so rich. Mmmm!
12/25 breakfast: baked egg/biscuit casserole with sausage and bacon and a side of caramelized brown sugar bacon (yes, bacon coated with sugar!) Reese's Christmas trees for desert
12/25 lunch: calorie induced sleep coma

Pretty sure I've broken 10,000 calories in 24 hours

Looks like mom's making a giant pot roast dinner tonight. We've got roast veggies and mashed potatoes as sides. I tried to make mini donuts for desert, but that was a rather large flop.
