Pit needs a home

Was headed out to dinner when this guy changed my plans. He was wandering around in front of my place. Called and he came right to me. Super sweet.

The thing is his breed is banned in my town and it is a death sentence. The dog catcher showed up right after we loaded him in our car. Took him to the animal hospital where my wife works. He is safe for now.

No micro chip, no tags, and intact. Otherwise healthy and happy. His owners have basically lost him. They would have to go to court. Another dog catcher from my town was at the animal hospital and said he was dead if they got him.

So if anyone is interested? I would be willing to split the neutering cost if you could give this guy a good home.

PM me.

Wow he is awesome! Curious why is the breed banned in your area? Where do you live?

Aurora Colorado. Denver and Aurora have harsh pitbull bans. Mostly because low lifes live in these towns and like dog fighting, hence bad pitbull incidents. The dog is awesome and deserves a nice home.
