Pretty sure that W should be a G. Take natural stuff, taking all those "intakes" is a sell out and marketing crap. Basically, you're just gonna be a tool and it will take a toll on your body especially when you try it for the long run and when get out of lifting which is inevitable. Stick to real food, and natural stuff to get your fix, I've used both and you can get just as good with that mass product crap from natural food with far better benefits.

rofl you have no idea what you're talking about, whey is just protein which is derived from milk.That's like saying, hey brah, don't even bother with milk (milk = casein, whey and lactose m8)

Spare me, I've weight lifted long enough and took that crap, like I said, been there done that. Read a little more into what exactly is in it other than just protein, if you're that naive, well, can't help ya there.
