WRX speakers are hard to find so I've heard, well fitting them at least, while having a 350AWHP car after some modding would be sweet I really love my leather interior, it's way nicer, and a lot higher quality, plus I've got a bit of an emotional attachment to my Maxima, and I love the way the VQ30 V-6 sounds. But FWD and auto sucks.

Crutchfield.com offers tons of speaker options for any car. I'd have to agree about the interior, but you could always check the forums for limited leather seats. The great thing about subaru's (besides sym-awd) is that they are practically like legos in that you can mix-match parts easily. My friend, who's keen on leather interiors, bought the leather seats off of some guy who upgraded his seats in an STi limited. And I'll take the boxer rumble over the VQ sound, even though I have to admit the VQ offers a nice racy tone.

If I had the money right now I'd be in an '04 wagon, but there's still the price difference between a '99 and an '02 or '04, but luckily my parents are helping me out a bit. College is still expensive though, and art supplies usually come before car stuff unfortunately. CURSE YOU DESIGN SCHOOL!!!!!!

dude i hear ya. i went from a fully loaded VW jetta vr6 to a scoob. the interior (and stereo) was like night and day but damn the wagon is 100% more reliable than my jetta was.

03 Grand Am GT Coupe, wishing I had a Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0. I have some to the realization that I need a vehicle that can move stuff and people. Between the snowboarding, kiting, paintball, and as soon as I can buy one mountain bikes It gets a little rough carrying all that in the trunk of a midsize car.

i had a jeep cherokee with a 4.0 i have to say it was good never seemed to die, tons of power, but shitty gas milage (i get about the same mpg out of my f-150 then i did out of my cherokee) and as far as a equipment hauler, it sucked. if i wanted to carry my bike i had to remove the tires to get it in the back, snowboard wouldnt fit in the back good unless the back seat was folded down so basically i had to throw racks all over it. if you want a vehicle to haul shit get a truck.

to reply to the thread i have a f-150 4x4, nothing fancy no options just a engine and 4 beefy tires

See I don't mind putting racks on the thing. And I don't want a truck cause then you get asked to move shit. Plus then I can't put people in it to go to the mountain. The SUV is the way I want to go and I wanted one that would hold its own in the snow and mud I'm sure

I'm thinking about either a Nissian Frontier dual cab, or a Ford Explorer Sport-Trac. They're midsize trucks. Smaller beds, but im only going to be hauling snowboards and people. We'll see.

if thats the case then get a subaru, they actually have more inside capacity then the cherokee (at least my friends forester seemed to) and are cheaper on gas, a lot cheaper. unless your planing on actually driving off road or are in a really heavy snowfall area wouldn't get a suv.
