Ok, help me out here. Why is it that people get offended when I ask which "he" the customer is dealing with? Is it because of my tone? The question that I ask? How I ask the question? Or just the fact that there's more than one "he" at the office to begin with? I'm noticing more and more than older customers tend to get offended when I ask them to describe the person they worked with, because there's more than one Asian male. Something else that bugs me, don't show up, and get upset at me that my brother and don't work at the store 24/7, seven days a week. They're people too, and have families to go home to.
