Sorry to hear that man. Losing a long time pet is pretty much just like losing a family member. You miss them terribly. +++ vibes your way.

Really sorry to hear that. Losing a lifelong pet is rough but you did the right thing for him.

Hurl3y, sorry about your cat. This really hurts. I had to put my 14 yr-old cocker spaniel to rest a couple years ago. It was a hard decision and I didn't want to make it for her, but she was in so much pain. In the end I realized it was the right decision, but of course it doesn't make it hurt any less.

That I have to get on the fucking 405 right now and drive 5 hrs to Mammoth in the middle of gnarly rush hour traffic with a slew of self-centered, non-driving, ass-riding LA asshacs...and I forgot the marshmellows...

Dharmashred---That sucks I am sorry to hear about your accident!! I have been looking for an audi, those cars are beautiful, but with my budget right now, looks like all I will be doing is dreaming about one. Better thing though...your ok. And Im hoping your son wasn't in the car, and if he was, he is ok too.

Sooooooooooo, hear this...

I go to Utah this past week, woo hoo right, THERE WAS MORE SNOW HERE ON THE EAST COAST THEN IN UTAH!!! WTF!!!! I was there the same time last year and it was dummpppping to the point it was fresh tracks every run.

So this douchebag that I went with thought he was mr know it all. So were riding and trying to cut over to the car cause it was getting to be close to closing time. So I am following all of them and I see them cut under the ropes...Im like WTF? But he had a map so I was like alrrriiight. Well turns out that not only did we ride about 3 miles into the backcountry and I almost broke my face into 2 halves, but he turns around and says ummm guys actually i dont think this leads anywhere. MY FAULT for following him, but he swore up down left and right that was the way to go. And I didnt wanna lose the crew so I followed.

Next thing you know...were hiking up a steep drop in about 3 feet of fresh powder. I look up, and I see all the lifts have now stopped. I look back to see how far we got...about 50 feet in 45 minutes! This kid that got us lost is the only one who had a phone and he had no service. But then my genius BF (seriously, not sarcastically) remembered that you could call 911 without any service. So then we did and had to have ski patrol come get us. If we would have hiked up, by the time we would have got to the top it would have been pitch black.

They finally came and got us, and had to put the lift back on just for us cause going back up was the only way to get all the way back down. We were riding in fog so bad the visibility was about 4 feet in front of you. My goggles froze over so I couldn't even put them on. By the time we got to the bottom it was about to be dark and it was a little past 5:00!!!

Crazy day...definitely a crazy trip, but overall it was fun as hell. The snowmobile ride back up was actually awesome lol. Even though it wasnt insane powder conditions, it was still a crazy ass amazing trip
