I love DOMS! Its a reminder of how good of a workout i got. If i dont get it, then i feel super unsatisfied. For me it always starts about 24-48 hrs after (i will feel fine the next day, and then usually by evening it starts, and lasts for a couple of days.
DOMS after doing squats/deadlifts for the first time literally lasted a week. I was stressing that it would affect my snowboarding that weekend, but once you start moving, DOMS disappears (mostly)
