I can't say I'm from Australia, though I have been there before!

Also, stoked/love that today is my last day of teaching snowboarding for the season. It was short, but sweet. Until next season!

Probably in Fernie next weekend, then 3 weeks in a row at Nakiska trying to earn my credits for next years pass! Let me know when you know and I'll try to keep a day open for recreational boarding...

I love that with REI's 20% off cupon, my dividend and $35 dollars worth of gift cards, I can get the fork mount Yakima bike carrier (regularly $130) for $42!!!

That means my complete Yakima round bar rack, kayak and MTB carrier (...a $700-$800 system) cost me around $300 total!

SCORE!!

I'm thinking about a roof box for next season. It would make packing for snowboard trips north soooo much easier.

Picture my 3 boards, with bindings, stuffed into my focus hatchback. Then the gear and boot bags, my bag for a few reg. clothes undies etc. and my laptop. Of course, I NEVER go anywhere without my french press and good coffee! (My new electric kettle eliminates the need for a hotplate and coffee pot, so saved some room there!) A cooler, some snacks and my large thermos!!

...some days I miss my F-150 4x4!
