Default Home Remedies.....

I have been popping IB 800's like skittles and I think I am being eaten alive on the inside......anyone got any good home remedies??? I have used the Epsom salt soak and it does help a little, but looking for other idea's for pain and swelling. Now MPD...before you go telling me about burning sage, dousing myself in pochuli oil, and dancing naked under a full moon....save it....I need something that actually works!

RICE

REST
ICE - off and on every 20 minutes
Elevation - body part should be above heart level
Compression - Ace bandage after icing, also compression socks if lower body part at night.

never mind, i figured it out from the hate thread, ice does work wonders, and rum (i like it, and also takes the edge off, but not good to mix with medicine)

Arnica gel seems to work well for me for minor aches and pains. If you're popping 800's without releif, I don't know if arnica is going to help you.

The ice is your best friend. 20 on and 40 off for as long as you have time to do it. It will help a lot, also, the weed MPD suggested ought to cure your stomach pains right up.
