no, to be honest, i was almost completely sober.
my "mind melting" was the only way i could properly emphasize the effect that this experience had on me.
i've been skateboarding for nearly half of my (19 year) life,
and while i love its guts out, it has become very repetitive.

i'd imagine snowboarding will do the same, but i'm new to the sport,
and this was the single most refreshing experience i've had in years.

i found myself literally squeaking with excitement when i'd get near the top of a lift.
