Did any of you guys hear about Zednik? This is bad. Thankfully he's in good condition. I'm glad he was smart about it all.

Yeah, that goalie one has been mentioned a lot in relation to Zednik's cut

it is just so coincidental that both happened at the sabres.

i think that the commentators bring real emotion to the scenes, especially the goalie one. but for Zeds, the florida TV team were going bonkers.

if nothing else, the crowd and both teams behaved in such a considered and respectful manner that it really kinda set them aside from all other sports fans. when they announced zednik was going to hospital and seemed to be okay they all, teams inclusive, gave a standing ovation. classy.

Very classy. The fact that teams were put aside and it was about someone being okay was nice. In a lot of sports you don't get that.
