I forgot what it was like to have real problems. High school is so serious. This whole thing is stupid and I don't believe a word of it. Why didn't you open the door and say there is no party sorry in stead of waving a bat like a lunatic?

I open the door again, a kid says "who da fuck you pointing that bat at?!" I swing it and shout "get the fuck off my lawn" and swing it to scare them, and they run. I close the door and lock it before calling the police, while waiting for the cops I see 4 half drank 40's on my lawn and I bring them inside.

So wait a second. You were the only person at your house, you were going to bed (I'm assuming the lights were off and no loud music or tons of cars parked outside), and these people thought there was a party going on? A party so massive that they wanted to break down the door by throwing themselves at it?

One of three things is happening here. Either...

1. Fake story
2. You really do live in a horrible ghetto
3. These people are so much lightweights that HALF a 40oz is trashing them.

Just out of curiosity, what did the police say after you told them about whacking the kid with the bat?

Lights were on, no music. Like I said, the one I knew was a scumbag and I assuming the rest were the same. They were just there to trash my house. The police said I did the right thing by taking a bat because they were trespassing on private property and I was protecting my house.

A bunch of kids high/drunk vs. one kid with a bat. Once I swung the bat and got them out of my house and hit one of them they ran, but from what I'm hearing they want to right now.

But today I found out who the rest of the people were. It was a few freshmen, a kid that's in my bio class, a football player, and some scumbags. The football player is the one that scares me since I hit him with the bat...

They were out in the open drinking and like I said, I knew about this. They were just going to have a party on my lawn if I didn't stop them.
