House Broken Into
 

a kid at my school spread a rumor i was throwing a party and just now 8 kids just tried to break down my front door. i opened the door and started swinging a baseball bat. they charged me i pushed them out shouted and swung the bat, got them out of my house and got a few swings on one of them, they ran and i called the cops. did i handle this correctly?

i'm not bragging, i just want advice since i got people texting me saying they're coming back to take 30 bucks from me for their beer they dropped.

the biggest part i cannot stress is i had nothing to do with a party being planned, this was done by someone who simply overheard i was home alone this weekend.

30 bucks in beer was dropped fucking rookies.
