I'm glad i'm not the only one in that boat then. When I heard that he'd died drunk driving, I can't say that sympathy was the first think I thought of.

Actually, i feel sorry for the passengers parents, thats about it though. Oh, and Bindi Irwin, but, I always feel sorry for her.

I also saw what are reportedly photos of the vehicle. It's not recognizable. Like a crushed, burnt up aluminum can. You have to be driving pretty damn fast to destroy a car in that fashion.
Agreed. The only part in the photo I can make out is where the door should be, you can see the shape of it. The I beams of the guardrails were cut in half too, and some really long skidmarks as well. There's nothing gory in this link and it doesn't show the car but shows the guardrail and the skid marks heading that direction. They had to be flying.

I changed my first post because I was afraid it was too critical but I completely agree. I don't feel that sympathetic considering it was completely preventable, his poor decision cost him and his friend their lives and hurt all those close to them.

I've read that the toxicology reports have come back and he was over twice the limit. The speed he was estimated to be driving at was 130mph. He had a bunch of speeding violations on his record and it's obvious he liked to go fast. Sad that made so many bad choices that night.
