honestly after that epic trip it sucks being back in MD. Whitetail just did its pond skimming weekend which means the season is just aboot done here. Bring on the mountain biking/golf/hiking season, i'm ready for it.

still TONS of snow up here..
TONS. I just have no time to ride...damn... and that 2 hour drive to get to a shitty hill 'round here kills me. I got enough money for one more trip, but i need to plan it ASAP for easter weekend. I think Calgary is a bust, cuz my buddy there wants to go to montana... boourns. |

Well I hit up the cliff hucking mushroom mashing goodness of Vail Pass yet again last Saturday. I hooked up with a group of the maggots from TGR. There were some pretty good skiers in the group. We went over to a 30 foot cliff, (a real 30ft cliff mpd...) and this is a taste of what went down...

Oh that place is so freakin' neat. It totally looks like a mini Moab. The cliffs are fairly shear and there area a couple of free standing sandstone towers. One of them is in the pic, but it's hard to tell. I should be getting the other pix later today. I'll post 'em up once I do. I can tell you right now, it went off...
