I realize this is out of the norm perhaps but Im gonna ask the question any ways. My Boss has a set of Powder skis that he wants to put binding risers on. The skis are Rossignol Scratch 140s with matching rossi scratch bindings, He wants to know if you can put risers on these skis and what if any benifit they would be. Also where do you buy these risers? If any one out there can help he would be very thankful.

I'm just taking a guess here, but from what I understand is that you can put risers on any ski. And I don't know anything about the skis and binding you mentioned so I can only generalize.
risers reduce the edging torque... make turns easier... and they are more beneficial for narrow waisted skis then they are for wider skis, but will work for both. They are also better for riding hardpack or groomers than riding in powder |
