The written word 'couches' means 'layers' in French, but since I'm speaking English, you can deduce that I'm not talking about layers... Same thing goes for the written word 'chats', obviously, since I'm speaking English, I'm not referring to the French word for 'cats...' there are so many other words like this...and it is blatantly obvious the context of the word 'douche' on this forum
