Why do you care?
Some people smoke, some don't. I don't and I couldn't care less what other people do. It has zero impact on me. I'd say quit judging others and focus on why you're so conerned about what other people do.

well for me personally, i liked the taste of the smoke; it went well with a pint of beer; it provided a social setting (ie fag breaks at work); and with certain additives, it relaxed you a lot and altered one's perspective on the world.
it is true that it is bad for your health, but then so are most things.... cola for one. sugared sweets and salt on your chips for two others! beef burgers? oh my! it could be said that what with the risk of injury, snowboarding is bad for you! do you want to live forever?

![]() As for the second hand nonesense. Media fear does not equal fact. The people who've been struck with lung cancer are people who were experianced long term exposure to massive amounts of second hand smoke. Like a waitress working in a smoking only bar for 20 years. I have a better chance of getting cancer from my blackberry than walking through your freshly exhaled newport plume. If I was worried about it I could just avoid said areas. It's my choice to do so or not. What you choose to do is of no concern to me.
