Exclamation LinkedIn Hacked

In case if some of you haven't seen the news and have a LinkedIn user account, your password information maybe available to anyone on the internet.

It's best if you change your password asap. I meant to post this yesterday but got slammed at work so I apologize in advance.

Another good thing to check is your primary e-mail address and make sure it hasn't been changed so said hacker can't reset your password on you.

Update - You can actually test if your password was stolen here:

But it's still recommended you change your password anyways just in case.

Part of the reason why I think this big movement to store everyone's data on the "cloud" is a terrible idea. The shit isn't up in the sky, it's all compiled on one server which makes it a far easier target to obtain/destroy. Major successful hacking attempts to entire service systems have definitely skyrocketed in the last couple of years...

They can have my password I deleted that account years ago yet still get emails from them saying people want to connect.

Man what are you talking about I start shit with companies that invite me to their town for a beer and when I show up they run in fear. I'd say it's totally working.
