There is no such thing as a stupid question

I'll start.
Why does carrot taste like dirt near the end of it?

this little piggy went to market, this little piggy stay home...


if a plane was on a treadmill going backwards would it still be able to take off?

Yes it would. While the wheels would be moving in tune with the treadmill in reverse the engines would still produce enough thrust to cause the wings to generate lift, therefore it would take off at its typical velocity. The plane would be unaffected by the treadmill.
