I want to get a carve board like this one
Carve Board - Home but it's pretty expensive, so I was thinking about a standard longboard to keep carving on asphalt this summer. Any tips on what's best? brands, things to look for, specs and so... thanks! |

i have a sector 9 goddess of speed w/ randall 180 trux...i think 76mm wheels, the bigger the wheel the higher your top speed but lower acceleration.,thats all i really know about it, and that its got a concave deck so you can really get on your "edge"

Ok! I'll check those then. And get some knee-elbow pads, Asphalt looks way harder than powder
![]() The carve board looks pretty cool..but costs like a good snowboard... Where do you usually ride it? |

Silverfish Longboarding - The Longboard Skateboard Community - Front Page is an awsome place to go looking for info there! As for stuff to look at, check out the Loaded Dervish/Vanguard, Rayne Hustler, get something custom made by users Loki440 or Mc99David. I'm using the "Wannabe" by Loki440 right now and it is such a fun ride. There's also the company Landyachtz as well. There are tons of options out there and I'd list some stuff off, but my brain is still half asleep...

hum...I see the power kite as a natural progression...since I've been flying stunt dual lines kites forever.
kite-surf looks very attractive too, as does speedriding... darn...so many sports..so little time (and money) |
