i hate ladders with a passion but iv never really been scared of heights. iv been on the space needle and love the view from up there. every other summer i fly back home to europe and thats like 20 hours of flying each way. longest flight was 13 hours strait. i get kinda sick after looking out the window for a couple of min and seeing nothing but clouds.

I think I'm like a lot of people who are scared of heights. I just can't do the lean over thing or look down past my feet, etc. Then I get the whirlies.

I'm fine in a plane or a gondola or on a chair with the bar down, but lift the bar up and I get all wierded out. Funnily, I've been ski-diving and hang gliding and loved it, but sitting on the edge with my feet out the plane's door was not fun.

The worst, though, was an old 8th floor apartment with only 30 inch high railings on the balcony. Man, I hated going out there!

I'm intimated, and it may take me some time, but fear of heights dissapetes when I take in the view. This summer I'll be doing the edge walk on the CN tower, nothing spectacular, but I've never been so high in life (other than being in a plane but that doesnt count)

Heights don't really bother me much. Never really have. However, getting to someplace high can freak me out depending on how you have to get there. Ladders are the sketchiest things ever IMO. The bigger the ladder, the less I wanna go up it. But, I've climbed up plenty of crazy ass ladders, and I've been to some pretty damn high up places.

Oh yeah!? Well, my mom says I'm cool!

Here is the light tree that we put on the top the other day. 55 mph wind gusts and rain while we were working, then as soon as we finished, It turned blue and sunny with a rainbow.

BTW that CN Tower thing looks dope!

Thinking about it, no. There are moments that scare me, like being on an unsecured ladder, but I easily get past it. Being in a harness and tethered off I would have little issue going out on a building. I have stood at the edge of a 60ft cliff with my toes hanging off just for fun. I will say they my first time to a real mountain the height of the lifts did shock me a little at first. Going downhill in a high lift was freaky the first time. In St Louis the lift is 30ft high at the max.

I don't particularly enjoy height but can do them especially if teathered...but a radio tower blowing back and forth...no. Though no problems in tall buildings, flying...the smaller the better and ultralight or glider would be way cool and I would love to try jumping out of a plane, bungee or do the flying squirrel suit.
