I live in the great state of Washington. We voiced our opinion and herb is going to be legal in just a few days!!!
Colorado also passed a similar law legalizing personal amounts of weed. I am stoked to see that the lies and manipulation by the government are now being challenged by the American public. It is nice to see our freedom isn't completely lost. Hopefully there will be many more states that follow this legislation and pass their own laws. The Federal Government will be forced to listen when we all stand up for our rights against their oppression and prohibition. |

The dea is a line item on congress' budget. They are as expendable as anything else in the guise of public outrage. This is the beginning of a national and international revolution. The ripple effect will take some time to be realized but the entire world will benifit

I'm with you that1guy!
The DEA is going to have to eventually admit that there existence has been an exercise in futility. People have a right to smoke marijuana just as much as people have the right to drink alcohol or smoke tobacco. The fact that the least dangerous of the three is the schedule one narcotic, on the same level as heroin and crack, is ridiculous. |

Stoners don't run stop signs, they wait for them to turn green
Back to topic.... That1guy, don't be token up while putting up my Christmas lights if you ever do, I'd have to join you! Jk, jk Don't really smoke All kidding aside, its gonna hurt the Columbians, they won't have any more gun supply Due to the buyers in America not being able to go into bank of America (because its dirty money) and turn the US dollar into Columbian peso they where using guns as a currency Oh.... Thats right though, they still export meth, cocaine and all that other stuff They'll be fine :screwy: Here's something funny a guy here in Washington is wanting to get a permit to grow, one problem: He's been growing for 20 years without one! I think its finally starting to effect his brain :what: |

However, if you smoke/eat/inhale and drive you can now be prosecuted as a dui (even if you smoked it last week)...not a misdemeanor $100 ticket but more like 5k in fines/attorney/court fees and higher insurance rates....Who wins...attorneys and insurance corporations.

I am responsible at work and take my job very seriously. That being said, when I get home from work I like to roast down a bowl to unwind. I rarely drink more than a beer or two at a time but I live my herb!

the only difference now is i believe the WA authorities have created some sort of ppm scale or something like that that can somewhat reasonably detect the saturation of thc in the blood. i am somewhat dubious. a dui for smoking never was a misdemeanor $100 ticket. its cuffs and a free ride, diversion, etc. unfortunately i know from experience (although OR)
