Oh well, back to pushing for a 45 mpg average...
and they're the same people that give me a baffled look when i give em an estimate on landscape work, 95% of my equipment is gas powered.

I'm sure someone over here was on the news a while back just using cooking oil instead of petrol.

I agree with you Snowolf. The government and corporations make excuses so they can raise the gas up. I remember another gas company(I forgot which company) made record profits in the tens of billions in 2006/2007. I also heard that this "oil crisis" isn't really a crisis because the US has enough oil to sustain itself without the help of outside sources.

Hello.

shit... what are people with big SUV's doing? you know some people bought these vehicles years ago when gas affordable. I figured I spend about $50 a week in gas I cant imagine disposing over $100 in it a week. And it's not like I have an option, FL has the worst public transportation I have seen in my life.

^^^^ I'm not even sure this is true, but of what I heard the gas prices are supposed to go down by the end of fall. I think I read it somewhere. I could be 100% wrong here, but I hope I am not. We need this to go down.

Way too much! I paid $3.50 the other day - only filled my car half way and it was $30.00!
