Oh, and another thing, that Oatmeal comic is riddled with errors.
Nikola Tesla did not invent AC power. It was invented way before him. Hell he studied AC power in college! This idolatry of Tesla is insane. Tesla was just a very small piece of the current wars. He took over for other scientists at Westinghouse that were developing technology to implement AC. Tesla was brilliant. But that Oatmeal comic is way inaccurate and vastly alters the facts.
