Use Linux...then you wouldn't need such a powerhouse, lol! I only use Windows to play a few games (which should now become obsolete with the PS3) and at work (not like I have a choice, HAH!).
Linux is a little weird at first but really...so is Vista or Mac, so what the hell!

Is Linux free ware? Can it run the same type of applications windows can? or is it more of a OSX kind of system?
I have never seen Linux running in person, but it would be cool. Personally I have a Mac and I run both osx and xp on it for different applications. |

Burn that to CD and boot up off it. You can try Ubuntu Linux without changing your computer at all. |
