Oh man I survived two full semesters on nothing but ramen noodles (and booze heh). Best thing in the world when you're flat broke. One tip is to toss in an egg towards the end. You only want it in there for a few minutes so wait till those noodles are getting close. Also, I always loved them with less water.
Overall, you can add damn near anything in the fridge. Peas, hamburger meat, anything it's all good. Oh and old bay. Gives it an awesome kick. Seriously, if I sit and think about it I have like 30 ramen recipes.

cook like pasta. drain out water. add butter and grated cheese. quick. easy. good.
