Another dog thread.

Beneful is made by Purina and there is a lot of talk on the interwebs about it lately. Their Facebook page is blowing up with angry responses. I call the dog food Benefool. It's marketed as healthy, but has bad ingredients and is one of the worst dog foods IMO. It's like Kibbles and shit (my name for Kibbles and Bits), but marketed different. If you believe this is a healthy product for your dog, you were fooled by Purina. It has sugar, synthetic vitamin supplements banned for human consumption, unspecified rendered animal ingredients, artificial colors, not much meat, a chemical makes it soft and ya it's shitty dog food.

Purina also owns Waggin Train. I have a dog and was well aware to be weary of Chinese made Chicken Jerky Treats. The FDA warned consumers about these products being linked to deaths and illnesses back in 2011. They can not inspect manufacturing plants in China, so no recalls. Purina recently recalled Waggin Train and removed it from the shelves.

Now there are tons of people complaining about Beneful causing kidney failure and seizures.

Do you think Purina is hiding something? They swept Waggin Train under the rug. Are some corporations so powerful, they don't have to do nothin? Last winter my dog ate bad Diamond Naturals and got salmonella. That food was recalled and like 2 dogs died.

Bad enough that Corporate America doesn't give a shit about people,.. This shit REALLY pisses me off!!!

I care more about my Dogs and even other animals than MOST people! (...my dogs have never gone out of their way to F' me over!!)

...boycott the company! That's about all that can be done about it! Sure as shit wouldn't ever trust their food enough to ever feed it to my pets!!!
