Programmable treadmill? - Snowboarding Forum

Hi ppl;

I'm hoping, given the broad cross-section of people on this forum, that somebody will know about this....

We're looking at getting a treadmill, and not a cheapie. I'd like one that lets me program my own workouts. So far all the treadmills I've looked at are 'iFit' compatible, which means I have to pay a membership and connect the treadmill to the internet to use their website. Fuck that, I hate deliberate cash grabs like that.

Anyone know of a treadmill that will allow you to upload/download workouts and results to a PC through USB? Something like my Garmin.

I'm not knowledgable about treadmills at all so there's that, but aren't there ant+ capable treadmills? With the ant+ you should be able to connect directly to your garmin, or laptop/computer with an ant+ receiver.
