Me either. FF + adblocker FTW.

U know...im glad this thread came up..

I noticed when I am on my gf's computer with MSN it takes approximately 7 times longer to load. I commonly get these 505 errors usually in the ad banner strips..other sites are fine.

I always just assumed it was a virus from the computer since her daughter is all over the place but I always wondered if it could be something from another source.

Sometimes it would run like a rocket on this site. Most of the time real slow to loadup on that system.

edit:
Another thing I cant do on that system is edit like I can on this one...never could over there it locks up as u hit save

Yeah, the banner adds are usually the culprit; when I see the page loading and watch the message bar on the bottom when it hangs, it`s generally waiting for a response from one of the ad servers. Additionally, my Spybot Search & Destroy program alerts me almost every page refresh os malicious adware coming from these advertisers. A premium membership slows these down some and turning off that inline ad option in your profile helps too. Connection and processor power makes a big difference also. The ads load a lot of bullshit into they systems memory to dispaly their animated graphics. I understand the need for sponsors, but a lot of these animated graphics the advertisers are using does make this site generally slower than others.
