So.. when you buy a product in the grocery store that has cheese and is cooked in a microwave it needs to perform... ie not over melt or burn. Standard cheese doesn't work in that environment. What I do is utilize functional ingredients in combination with chemistry (fat, moisture, pH) to create a product that can withstand that cook platform and can be produce in large quantities for use in large factory food preparation I wouldn't have believed my job existed 5 yrs ago

I hope there is no body that would pay to drink budlight off the floor. Though I did drop a case of Goose Island Matilda and a $60 bottle of scotch once.

work at a marina such a laid back job, tips are good. Also get to look at girls in bikinis all day but i get paid shit so that's the downfall.
