Night loader at a beer and liquor distributor. I stack the beer on skids that go in the delivery trucks. I lift thousands of cases of beer a week and have broken more beer then you ever will. It is quite the sight to see a whole skid of beer fall over.
such a shame to waste that beer. i know people who would pay to drink it from the floor with straws.
that's exactly what I was thinking. I mean they have colby jack, what I want is sharp cheddar pepper jack that would be amazing. I'm a major cheese junky, thanks Chef
Ok let me try and clarify It's not so much about variatals of cheese as it is performance traits. So.. when you buy a product in the grocery store that has cheese and is cooked in a microwave it needs to perform... ie not over melt or burn. Standard cheese doesn't work in that environment. What I do is utilize functional ingredients in combination with chemistry (fat, moisture, pH) to create a product that can withstand that cook platform and can be produce in large quantities for use in large factory food preparation
