Wholesaler for a mutual fund company...drive about 1200 miles per week when out in the field meeting with advisers...nothing like pissing in Gatorade bottles while knee steering and checking VM all at the same time being extra careful not to piss on your suit.

Nice work ETM, I do a little bit of that, just as a hobby building my car for now, might try to make a business out of it sometime. I was a regular mechanic for 3 years, and a machinist for 3 years, but got bored with both. Now I'm making animatronics for haunted houses and amusement parts- fab, welding, plumbing, penumatics, programming, shipping..... and traveling around doing installs

and the first setup I made, cheap and dirty but it worked

I’m an Alternative Education tutor. I teach or attempt to teach a group of kids who have been kicked out of various high schools. I’m just dumb enough to see beyond their rap sheets and their trainwreck academic records and try to encourage them out of crime and into decent jobs.

It’s funny because my wife is a real high school teacher, so we do roughly the same thing on different sides of the fence.

My other job is much more fun - I do 1-2 gigs a week as a live sound engineer. Much better money but late nights and occasional tours which are pretty exhausting.

I went to one of those schools. Do what you can for those kids. A lot of them are going to wind up decent, productive people. They're just having a tough time right now. I'm glad there were people willing to help give me a second (third, fourth...) chance.

I sell cars, now which sucks only because it limits my days in the mountain to thurs and Fridays only. Last yr I was my own boss and could go as much as I wanted. Now I have to go on only 2 days which can suck especially if the snow is crap. But I guess most of you have always had this issue so maybe I should stop bitching.

Work as a loader for spray planes, mixing and loading the chemicals and fuel, in the summers and right now I'm locating underground lines for shaw cable. Going to school in the fall to become an RN though!

River guide/Slope bum. I used to run heavy equipment/ be an electrician/logger/everything under the sun. Got a degree in marketing and have found no use for it other than product development/3D printing hookups that were free. Still on the backburner. I love seasonal work. As soon as I loose my cool with my job, it switches gears. I love it.
