So yeah I had this flue/cough/allergy/infection thing going on, who knows what the fuck is it. The thing has been going on for a little over 3 weeks and it's pissing me off. Just when I think it's going to stop, it starts again. The pharmacist thinks is a bug, because I already took antibiotics for an infection and they didn't help. Yesterday he told me that just let it run its course. Oh well what are you going to do.... I think it's the lake at the wakeboarding park .....

what symptoms are there tho? do you piss out of your arse (do you like my limey bed side manner?) coz if not, then probably don't have anything from your favoured lake.

i had a cold for 2 weeks a month back which was kinda stubborn and a bitch to play hockey with....

I dont get sick very often..If I do it usually runs its course in a couple of days even sooner. I hate stomach bugs they are the worse...

I was pissing out of my arse ALOT , but that was at the beginning.

Now it's just in my throat, I really don't care any more.

I just ignore it and hope I get better by the next time I hit the lake.

As long as it doesn't affect my riding I am good to go .


Just felt like sharing the story to bring some sort of life into this forum , that's what I do .

I love salt, at times I think I use bit to much. Usually when I cook, everyone complains that the food is too salty , taste fine to me .

you have to have enuff salt to compliment that additional hydration loading plus that lost during the squits.

other wise, your neurological potassium has nothign to play tug of war with thru cellular ion channels! and you die.

Drink a good amount of Oj throughout the day. Its a big Vitmn C booster which helps your immune system. Just make sure you don't over do it though.

lol when i get sick, i keep a gallon of water next to my bed. all i do is sleep, wake up, drink a ton of water, sleep, get up, force food and oj down my throat, go back to sleep, and repeat
