If you don't mind spending a bit more money, I usually like my Halibut smeared in just a bit olive oil to keep the fish moist, layered with lemon slices, baked. You could probably add some dill if you like as well.

I usually like pan seared,

For things like tuna/ swordfish, olive oil, dill, wasabi, pepper and little cane sugar if I feel like it.

For things like halibut/ salmon, same as above but replace olive oil with white sauce.

It's a Saskatchewan turtle. Basically a home made burger wrapped in bacon weave and has sausages for appendages.
