with regards to all the records being broken in swimming... it does have something to do with the suits. they glide through water better than skin, and they do so much that these suits were given to every swimmer so that no one has an advantage. also, the swimming pool has unused lanes on the outside on both sides, which cuts down on interferences from waves. AND, the pool is 9 feet deep instead of the standard 6, which cuts down on resistence at the surface of the water. it's no surprise that there are so many new records.
also, michael phelps is amazing.
i watched the us womens beach volleyball last night, and that is actually a really entertaining sport to watch. girls in bikinis jumping around in the sand

they have won like 105 matches in a row. rediculous.
