Default Bejing Olympics
Well here we go. I guess the opening ceremony went off well. The guy who carried the US flag came from little tully ny about a half hour from me.

Now u know what everyone wants to see dont ya....

The US basketball team get there egotistical asses handed to them. Come on admit it everyone cheered for lithuania when they beat em..come on these guys are pros, they shouldnt be playing.

Of course everyone in Syracuse is hyped up over mello and boheim together again...well...GO CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah but yao ming is professional too yet he's playing for china...and they wouldnt have much of a team w/out him.

What do you mean its no right now. NBC in the States here. So far the opening ceremony is the most impressive thing ive seen in along time..Neither US or Canada has marched yet.

Not going to watch any of it. China`s treatment of Tibet alone is worthy of boycotting the whole thing.

China has a lot of issues and frankly I am surprised they got the games. None the less, I will say that Bush and entourage are smart to go. Boycotting only pisses off the country and entrenches their practices even more. I will say that the opening ceremonies were amazing. Well until the crazy thunderstorm gave me "searching for satellite". Almost 3" in an hour. I thought my bonus room was going to start flooding.
I recorded the second broadcast so I'll check out what I missed later.

I really hope this wakes China up and they realize they need to play nice in the global sandbox.
