Not sure if anyone here is the donating type, but this is an annual event to raise money for both Prostate Cancer and the Wounded Warrior (vets disabled in combat) Project. Every year, teams from across the country compete to raise money for these causes. This is especially important to me because my grandfather passed a few years ago from prostate cancer.
In short, we perform the workout named "Fight Gone Bad". It's 3 rounds of 5 different stations. You work each station for 60 seconds before moving on to the next station. There is no rest between stations. There is a 60 second rest between rounds. Basically this workout gets its name because at the end you feel like you were just in a fight. The stations are:
- Wall-ball (20lb medicine ball), 8 ft target
- Deadlift high-pull (75lbs)
- Box jump (20")
- Push-press (75lbs)
- Row
My team is currently in third place for donations. The team with the highest $$ receives a $2500 gift certificate for new gym equipment and bragging rights. There are also rewards for whomever performs the most reps. This is a nationwide contest so don't be expecting me to win any individual award lol
This is what the workout looks like
If you can donate, please do. Even if it's only $5 or $10. Every little bit helps. My Donation page is

If nothing else you can take joy in the fact that you had a part in my suffering. This workout is seriously no fun at all.
