Overly obsessed sport fans.
I never understood why there some people are so obsessed with a certain sports team that they feel they must associate themselves to it. And the funny thing is most of those sport fans probably don't even play the sports themselves and the only thing they do is drink beer and scream at the TV.
But some guy yelled at me yesterday saying "Boston sucks" because I was wearing a jacket with the Red Sox logo on it. But I didn't know what to say to him because I didn't care what he thought about the Red Sox. I only bought it because it was 50% and it was a designer brand jacket that usually sells at $100.
I only buy sports related stuff because it's cooler than a plain shirt, but not because I really stand by the team. If I really was a fan of a baseball team it'd have to be the Angels because they're in my area. But even then I'm not die hard about them and I don't make my life revolved around any sports team. Those who let a sports team revolve around them to the point that they harass rival sport fans must be the biggest losers in life and probably didn't achieve much themselves. They can only depend on their team to win a championship to feel they have accomplished something.
So what if your team wins the championship, it's the players and people who are involved in the team that won it, not the fans. It's lame when fans feel they need to take credit if their team wins a championship.
