So now that all of you know I took my friend's GF to the wedding, I wanna talk about how it went because I know everyone is so interested in my friend's wedding. So yeah the groom and bride got married in a circle formation. Took like 20-30 minutes I thought my camera was going to die since I was doing film. Then we waited in the lobby and had alcohol and appatizers. Then we had our dinner (we both got filet mignon), listened to this band, and that was about it. Just a typical wedding of a happy couple getting married.
My date liked the bride's dress alot because she looked like a princess. But I noticed we stayed in the same two rooms for the whole day. But her BF was cool about it, he knew she wasn't gonna cheat on him. But I'm glad I invited the girl because she hasn't been to a wedding since she was a kid and was really excited. And I saved myself from going to a wedding where I knew nobody because that would have been extremely boring for me if I had to go alone. It was already getting kind of boring already having a plus one, but I would not miss out on a friends wedding just because I would be bored. And I barely got to talk to the bride who is the main person I really know because she was already busy enough with family & close friends trying to chat and take pictures. I want to support their marriage even at the cost of me being bored to death and trying to be social with a bunch of strangers. Last edited by JetFalcon; 03-12-2013 at 05:28 AM. |
