I dig IPAs, Dogfish Head is a good one. Brooklyn Brewery puts together some good brews, except for their dark chocolate stout. I bought the stout before I knew what a stout was. I saw the 12% alcohol and threw it in the cart. Those brews are way to heavy for me.

I prefer an alcohol content of no more than seven percent, and I love hitting up small brewerys everywhere I travel and trying the sampler platter. (4 oz glass of all beers) fun!! Have you ever had a porter?? It looks dark and thick like a stout, but actually is very smooth and drinkable. Nothing tastes better than freshly brewed craft beer. |

Hmm the United states government does not differentiate between Industrial Hemp and the herbal variety..They are both considered schedule one narcotics right there with heroin, cocaine and all the opiates.. stupid is'nt it.. I wonder how they get around that?? I went to school at Humboldt state in the mid nineties and don't recall seeing that brew?? hmmm w/o the chronic Humboldt county would be a depressed logging palookaville....its the number one cash crop in the nation and it is the only thing that keeps towns economys like Arcata alive and kicking.. I will do some research... thanks for sharing.
Woop woop UPDATE NEWS FLASH_ ONLY STEMS ARE USED IN THE BREWING PROCESS..So, little on no THC content whether its industrial hemp or herbal. Last edited by oneplankawanka; 10-08-2008 at 12:34 AM. |
