i heard that regular use of local honey can help with allergies, as it builds your immune system up over time. use it slowly though, the last thing you'd want is an allergic reaction to the honey!
there was something else that helps battle allergies, but right now it's escaping me.

Hey!!

That's my patented "AVI BALL"

Never fear an avalanche again. Ride down the slopes in the safety and comfort of your own AVI BALL. If you get swept away in an avi, you will have plenty of air to breath, and more then likely just float to the top. ALso, no need to worry about trauma, or getting drug off of a cliff. You will pinball off of trees, and simply bounce to safety should you get swept off of even a 300' cliff!

Buy yours today!!!

Allegra D and caffiene. Not only will you not have reactions to pollen and such, but you'll be jacked up!!

I have a word limit on my cynicism

well i agree with NRG.... the best thing for hayfever allergies, is to eat honey that is made from bees that do what they do, in the area of the pollen causing you problems!

in fact, any infection / soreness in the throat and respiratory system should be first tackled with a fat dollop of honey, in like a cuppa tea or something.

that shit is incredible!

as with most homeopathic remedies though, you have to do it daily for a while to get the right outcome. it's not like drinking one cup of tea with one dollop of honey will solve your allergy problems. it might take a few weeks to a few months of doing that daily for the effect to really take place.
