You mean the kind of accident where it fires repeatedly through a particular wall/ceiling?

I have a neighbor that is also a dubstep dj/ignorant pothead, but a little less aggressive.

I knocked on his door at least 5 different occasions and he turned it down, then noise complaints to the condo board because I was tired of going over there. One night at 2am I walked to his patio to ask him inperson again but he walked away from me and shut his door in my face (bitch move!), so I called the cops and complained to the condo board. Now any time I hear him being loud after 12am I call the cops, they have come 3 times. The reason I do this is becuase I made several attempts to be civil and he just showed me no respect and proved he is a pice of shit. I know that after a few times every noise complaint moving forward will result in a fine to the owner (his mother), so no matter how pissed he gets, or awkward it may be seeing him in the hall I know that he has a choice and his choices may cost him a lot of money. My favorite thing to do now is say hello to him very politely and watch his bitch ass blood boil, its too funny and I kow that I'm winning. You can call me a bitch for calling the cops but some situations call for it, I gave him so many opportunities and explained my situation to him, the rest was up to him. I give him til midnight, before that he can crank it, I don't care.

So my vote it to call the cops every time he violates the buildings noise policy, charge him for stealing your mail and let the law handle him. Any other actions will just result in backlash, but if the cops are involved and backlash happens that will go on the record too. And in person, be friendly and civil in an over the top way, it will piss him off to no end haha.

my position is that i pretty much hate everything about the police so personally i'm not going to call them to help me, but if your neighbor is doing disrespectful shit like that and its illegal i say go ahead and call em - i got no problem with that...

what i have a problem with is the idea of someone planting something illegal and then calling the cops, or manufacturing some kind of complaint that you can then call in to the pigs so they can deal with something you are too pussy to.

Agreed, super weak! I thought about all kinds of revenge tactics but all of them lead to bad karma or escalation of the situation. Mano e-mano didn't work so I'll let the piggies deal with him.
