People don't know how to fuckin' drive. On the way to work when this bitch decides to cut me off on the highway no less! and it's raining out right now! I broke hard and skid into the lane next to me, then thanked God there was no one in that lane. Then I caught up to her at a red light and got out of the car, knocked on the window and cursed her out. She then proceeds to tell it's my fault. My fault for what? Instead of punching her in the face, I punched the side of her car denting the drivers side door ahhahahaha. Death to all wreckless drivers.

I'm hoping they're going to make driving while talking on a cell phone illegal where I am as that is my biggest pet peeve while driving. Some people can multi-task no problem, but others become lobotomized, polio stricken retardo monkeys whenever they use it while driving. I got cut off and then nearly sideswiped by this guy on his cell phone and then saw him do it to two other people. When I saw him pull into a mall shortly after I waited until he left his car and then walked over to his car and snipped off the end of his tire valve. Sure hope he had a spare, because that tire wasn't getting filled up again anytime soon.

moby chatting and driving is illegal over here. but it is unenforced. gay as pink bollocks!
they say that driving and phoning renders your reaction times into being equivalent to a 65 year old. people have been given tickets for eating and drinking whilst at the wheel, even when stopped at a red light! i wonder why they still put cup holders in cars? and i also wonder why smoking whilst driving isn't banned? if you can be prosecuted for having a conversation with one hand held at your ear, why not when one hand is moving combustible material to and from your mouth? it just doesn't make sense. but few things in law ever do!

True that laws sometimes don't make sense, but you can't really compare fags to cell phones, unless you have a conversation with your smoke?
Could you at least take a pic of the person on their cell while driving and send it to the cops? I've heard from friends out East where it is illegal do that and as long as they get enough pics so that there is no doubt of the person's identity and the license plate, the police will fine them. They're talking about making it illegal here in Ontario and that's what I plan to do every time some ass clown talking on a cell does something stupid.

I'm sorry, but this whole "if you're on the phone you can't drive" thing is BS. I've seen drivers that are so scared to death being behind the wheel that they are more dangerous then me with a cell phone on one ear, a smoke in one hand, a soda in the other while shifting pulling a u-turn at high speed.
I'm not even going into the demographics of historically bad drivers, but there are disproportinate numbers of them on the road. And punching someones door in is vandalism. Hopefully they got your plate.

Jumping out of your vehicle at an intersection, then yelling at some tool while damaging their property in a violent and threatening manner is assault. Depening on the statute in Jersey, it's aggravated assault. It takes a special brand of moron to get a criminal record because someone cut them off. A normal person would have thanked the empty adjacent lane and their quick reflexes and moved on.

i agree smoking while driving is dangerous. mainly because (from experience) you drop it & then you have to reach down & try to find it before it burns a hole or catches something on fire.
or the best yet, when you flick the cherry out the window (not the butt- throw your butt in the trash) & it comes back in through the back window. so yeah, smoking while driving can be dangerous...but do i think there should be a law banning it? hell no! there's too many laws as is! |
